Don't use nail polish and if you do, use organic.
Scrub your feet with a pumas stone in the shower
Use a facial clay mask once a week
Use face scrub 3 times a week
Wash face 2 times per day
Don't wear tons of makeup and if you do, try Physician's Formula all natural makeup that won't break you out.
Take good quality vitamins such as Standard Process.(Available through a natural doctor or chiropractor) Take a multivitamin and one for skin and hair. Standard Process vitamins actually work because they're literally ground up food. You can't expect to buy any old Wal-Mart vitamin and have it work wonders.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink TONS of water and exercise. Tazo organic green tea is good for your skin too. It's and antioxidant.

well if your hair is natural then use an all natural shampoo and conditioner .. if not to mask damaged hair hydralicious the purple stuff works wonders
nails?.. i dont know, take care of them and get rid of dead skin at the cuticle,
use a face mask and a purifying cleanser :)
They say take a lot of Zinc... but I suggest your search the internet since there are plenty of different solutions except for the hair which might be destined to be damaged!
