I have been biting my nails for a long time and they look square and they are quite uneven and I'm worried they wont look feminine or nice ever again?
Can you give me ways to make them healthy? And ways to stop biting them as i often find myself chewing them when im bored?

thers like this special nail varnish remover with strenghning products in. it also tastes horribe so you wont be able to chew anymore :)
