How do you keep your nails healthy and shiny?

Here are some fantastic ways! I had the same question a while back!

1. First - See that thin skin growing over your nails? Take your oppisite hand's thumb nail and push it back gently.

2. Second - Always wanting to put just a clear coat on after polishing those nails? Put some on before you put polish on then do your polish and do an extra clear coat.

3. Third - Give those nails a clipping every 3 to 6 weeks!

4. Fourth - Let them grow and don't bite them!

Use SAlly Hansen nail polish and nail care products. Sally Hansen products don't leave your nails yellow in the future from painting them too much.

Apply your normal, solid color Sally Hansen polish first. Let it dry for atleast 6-10 minutes. Then apply a second coat, let that dry for 6-10 minutes.

Next, buy a clear coat polish. Sally Hansen would work! Then apply that over your nail polish-after it has dried-then let that dry for 4-8 minutes.

***TIPS:***

Always wash your hands good before you apply any kind of polish to them. This gets rid of all oils on your hands.

Use a plastic cuticle pusher. Don't use wooden, wooden ones cause infections!
