also that they are growing quite long in a short period of time and my hair is really stronger now. I am currently taking BIOTIN tablets but on the bottle it says for healthy hair and skin how come my nails are also becoming so healthy, does it mean that Biotin tablets make hair, nails and skin look good what about growth coz my nails are growing fast meaning that biotin does make hair grow a little faster and nails ??People I have noticed that my nails are now very very strong and look so healthy?
Well it must do if thats whats happened! =]
