How can I get my nails to look noticebely healthy and beautiful?

1. Keep your hands clean and use a nail brush. Don't pick your cuticles.

2. Once or twice a week, after bathing, use a plastic or ebony (not metal) cuticle pusher to gently push your cuticles back. When they're soft after your shower or bath you will be able to scrape the excess off without hurting yourself or over-removing.

3. Keep a good quality nailpolish on your nails all the time. I use 'witchcraft' nail hardener. It dries clear, so you don't need a top coat. When you apply nail polish, in order to keep it on (without chipping), make sure your hands are clean and VERY WELL RINSED, and DON'T moisturise before applying the nail polish. Nail polish won't stick to moisturiser, olive oil or soap residue.

4. File with a fine, non-metallic nail file, and buff if you have nail ridges. File gently, or you'll tear the nail.

5. Moisturise often, and use a particularly rich moisturiser or olive oil at night (rub it into your cuticles).

6. If you use coloured nail polish, coat your nails with several layers of clear first, so that when you remove the top coats, some remains on your nails; nail polish remover damages your nails, so you should expose them to it as seldom as possible.

7. And as mentioned above, eat well, drink lots of water, don't smoke and take vitamins. How can I get my nails to look noticebely healthy and beautiful?

There are artificial ways to get them to look attractive, but the best way is with a healthy diet. In addition take the best multiple vitamins Vita Lea. You will see a marked improvement in 30 days.
