How to have really white and healthy nails?

Here are a few tips to healthy nails:

Don't abuse your nails. To prevent nail damage, don't use your fingernails as tools to pick, poke or pry things.

Protect your nails. Wear cotton-lined rubber gloves when using soap and water for prolonged periods or when using harsh chemicals.

Moisturize your nails frequently. Nails need moisture just like your skin does. Rub lotion into your nails when moisturizing your hands. Be sure to apply a moisturizer after removing fingernail polish.

Don't bite your nails or pick at your cuticles. These habits can damage the nail bed. Even a minor cut alongside your nail can allow bacteria or fungi to enter and cause an infection (paronychia). Because your nails grow slowly, an injured nail retains signs of an injury for several months.

well, this will be coming from someone who is also trying to achieve the same thing. but, my advice to you would be to have a high calcium intake, even if that means taking a supplement, if you aren't naturally getting enough - which is my problem. especially if you suffer from nails breaking or chipping frequently. also, and obvious enough, don't bite them! that can be a chronic problem that leads to not so attractive nails. use a clear nail strengthener, which can be bought at local drug stores, instead of painting them for a while. take a moratorium on painting them, because that can be tempting for damage; picking at nail polish and what not. good luck. :)How to have really white and healthy nails?
calcium calcium calcium!

lots of it.

if you dont have enough calcium in your body you get those little white slash thing on the inside of your nail. and you can see them. the bigger they are the more calcium you need

dont bite them

dont file them too much %26lt;that weakens the nail

if you must file them ...file them in one direction only.

hope i helped
paint them white.

nobody will know the difference.
