On my right foot my 4th toe in has a 2nd toenail growing underneath it. The first nail on top is fine and nothing was wrong with just felt discomfort, today I checked and noticed a 2nd nail. My foot feels really tight and the toe feels like it's ready to explode. I did not an anyway injure the toenail or toe.2nd Toenail Growing Under Healthy Nail?
Might be what is called a mycotic toe nail. Maybe you should see a doctor if you're worried.
