to what causes ugly nails and toes how can i keep them clean and healthy also please someone set up a routine to keep them healthy please don't put a website b cause i always follow and its never the right info write or type and actual routine that works wonders so i can PRINT and follow the stepsOk i am asking for tips and routines for healthy nails and toes?
clean underneath them with a toothpick or some nail clippers come with a file that you can use to clean them with and clip them atleast once a month.
