my nails are strong and healhty but my hair isnt really all that healthy and i dont dye ir ot do anything bad to it just straighten it occasinally, why are my nails healhty and my hair isnt? i thought they had something to do with eachother? thanks!What does it mean if i have strong healthy nails?
It means that you have enough calcium in your body but that doesn't mean you should stop eating and drinking things that are high in calcuim.
