What vitamin do I need for healthy nails?

I recently took off my sculptured nails and now my real nails are unhealthy, what vitamin do I need to get to make nails healthy again? What vitamin do I need for healthy nails?
Just eat healthy and take a multivitamin/multimineral supplement. That way you're covering all your bases and you new nails will grow in just fine. What vitamin do I need for healthy nails?
It's a vitamin called Hair,Skin and Nails sold by GNC It actually works, the main ingredient in most of these is Iron but you can take Calcium as well.
the hair and nails are made up of excess protein. So anything with excess protein should help. Also vitamin E is said to help.
Vitamin B.....or you could take prenatal vitamins (sounds silly) but they work
Biotin and Calcium (with vitamin D). Also use sally hanson, strong nails that helps fortify the nails and helps them grow.
a good calcium intake is important for strong nails.

Any three of the following are recommended to meet your daily calcium needs:

•One glass milk (200mls)

•One pot of yoghurt (125g)

•28g/1 oz cheese.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is needed for strong, healthy nails. Breakfast cereals and milk with added vitamin D are very good sources of vitamin D but the best source is sunlight so get outside!

Minerals

Other minerals such as manganese and selenium are important too. Wholegrains, nuts and seeds are good sources of selenium and manganese.
