How can I grow strong, healthy nails?

My nails are naturally thin and brittle and it's hard to grow them :(

What is best to help them grow? Ive thought about that Sally Hanson Hard as Nails polish stuff, but is it worth it?How can I grow strong, healthy nails?
drink lots of water and remember that not getting enough calcium and vitamin A causes your nails to the thin and brittle. topical solutions such and the Sally Hansen stuff you mentioned help, but you need to start at the cause. so find good sources of vit A and calcium and include more of them in your diet.

when choosing a nail polish try to choose lighter sheer shades over darker ones which contain harsher chemicals and wear your nails out. pick up a nail strengthener which you should find near sally hansen products and apply it daily. cuticle creams can be spread on your cuticles as well as your fingernails to help restore some of their moisture (i like burts bees cuticle cream for this purpose)

Use olive oil every night on your hands, once in a while soak hands in water, and use moisturizer onto it, if olive oil is not available, than use vaseline everyday onto your nails,
CALCIUM!

( milk, eggs)

go to the pharmacy and ask for a polish that can helps them grow!!

its very good and useful!
Try taking prenatal vitamins
all you need is calcium supplements
take silica tablets. i use them for my hair skin and nails! unreal!
